I wear glasses while studying 7th standard. My lens power is -3.5 on both eyes. Currently, I need to remove my spectacles in order to have clear vision. Any tips for me will be appreciated.

Request: Prevent Eye Glasses and Goggles from Fogging Up (09/07/2009)
Apply a little foaming shaving cream to your glasses and then wipe it off to help prevent them from fogging up. This also works well for swimming and skiing goggles.

Same thing works for the bathroom mirror. It lasts for about a month or so and then you have to reapply. However it's a cheap and simple thing to do.

Do not use the gel kind. It doesn't work, in case you were wondering. I'm kinda slow though, so I tried it.

Clean goggles with 409. Works for bathroom mirrors, too. (09/19/2006)
