few drops of maple flavoring (can be found at any grocer)
3 drops of vinegar (to keep syrup from crystallizing)
Directions:
Mix together the light corn syrup, brown sugar and water and heat on the stove until your candy thermometer says 210 degrees. Then add several drops of the maple flavoring and the vinegar once. I then pour the mixture in a glass jar and let it cool in the fridge before I put it in the recycled pancake syrup bottle. :)
