I hung an old towel bar securely over my sons changing table. Not only does it hold a change of clothes so I don't have to lift him half changed off the pad and search threw his dresser with a naked baby in my arms, but it also keep the clothes out of his reach and holds musical toys that delight him when he isn't in the mood for changing. It is one of the best things I have discovered since I became a mom. I recommend it to everyone!
