It must be redone about every 6 years, but it will cover the white scar tissue to match your face color. This is often used to cover scars from major accidents, facial surgeries, cleft lip, etc. You can also call the office in your state that licenses tattoo artists in your state to find the closest one available in your area or do an internet search.
