Quick Meal for the Family |

Just got home, tired, need a quick meal the whole family will enjoy. Try this:
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned/drained
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 2 cans pinto beans (preferably seasoned)
- 1 can stewed tomatoes in pieces
- 1 tsp. hot sauce (more if preferred)
Directions
Combine ingredients, heat on medium high for 5 minutes and serve over Fritos with shredded iceberg lettuce and the shredded cheese of your choice; takes only about 20 minutes to put together and provides a healthy, balanced meal for your family while leaving time for you to relax after a busy day.

This sounds really good, but I'd probably add two cloves of minced garlic and an onion, along with a healthy dose of worchestershire sauce (hope I spelled that right). I'd probably also dump in a bit of chili powder just to crank it up a bit. Also, about a teaspoon or two of sugar might work well in there.
