Cool Summer Pasta Nicoise

This recipe came from a Kraft mail out.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
  • 1/2 lb fresh green beans, trimmed, cooked
  • I med tomato, cut into wedges
  • I medium red onion, cut into thin slices
  • 1 cup halved pitted black olives
  • 1 can solid white tuna, drained, cut into large chunks
  • 1/2 cup kraft zesty Italian dressing
  • 2 hard cooked eggs, each cut into 6 wedges

Directions:

  • Cook pasta, drain. Rinse with cold water, Place in large bowl
  • Add all remaining ingredients- except the dressing and eggs; mix lightly.
  • Add dressing, toss to coat
  • Top with the eggs. Serve immediately.
