They sell frozen Mangos at the store and surely they sit for a good long while. I would think they could be stored for a good length of time... I love partially frozen Mango!! YUMMMMMMMMMM

Hi Shelley
You have mangoes already! Lucky you! It's easy to freeze them. Simply peel the mangoes and cut 'cheeks' off the stone. Don't score them as you would if eating them fresh. Pop several cheeks into a ziploc bag and place flat in the freezer. Defrost and use them as you wish, but don't leave them too long as they go 'fridgey'.
