Does anyone know how to make a change cushion for a baby?

Take a thin piece of foam, about an inch thick. Cover it with a plastic coated material (you can buy this at the fabric store). Sew the foam into the fabric like a pillow. You could buy covers for it, or make them out of terry cloth.
