  • Ad
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • Dash of Salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
  • Vegetable cooking spray

*Regular flour could be substituted.

Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl;stirring well. Combine flour and next 3 ingredients; add to sugar mixture, stirring well. Stir in chocolate morsels. Spoon in batter a 9-inch square pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees F for 24 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack. Cut into squares.

Add Chocolate Frosting after they cool, you will find the chocolate icing on the back of your cocoa mix. Or try Peanut Butter Frosting. It is really good. Either way you do it, it will always turn out yummie!
