Philly Spaghetti

We love spaghetti, another version for us. This tastes even better the next day.

Ingredients:

  • Measure 2 servings spaghetti (could use 2 cups other pasta)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken cut in small bite size pieces
  • 1/2 cup Philly (cream cheese) spread
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms

Directions:

Cook spaghetti or pasta. Meanwhile cook mushrooms in small amount of oil. Combine well Philly, milk, Parmesan, and rosemary. Add to mushrooms and add chicken. Add all to drained spaghetti. If it isn't saucy enough add a little more milk and Philly to mixture.

Servings: 4 to 6
Time:15 Minutes Preparation Time
30 Minutes Cooking Time
