Brunch Eggs |

Ingredients
- 4 slices diced bacon
- 1/2 lb. shredded chipped beef
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cans mushrooms
- 1/2 cup flour
- pepper, to taste
- 1 qt. milk
- 16 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup evaporated milk
Directions
Cook bacon and add chipped beef, butter, mushrooms, 1/2 cup flour, pepper and milk. Cook until thick, stirring constantly; set aside. Combine eggs, salt, and milk; cook in 1/4 cup butter at 300 degrees F or low on top of stove. Gently stir constantly. Alternate eggs and bacon mix in layers in large baking pan. Cover and bake at 275 degrees F for 1 hour. Cane make ahead and refrigerate. If refrigerated, warm to room temperature.
