Our 10 Mo. old shitzu dog has a very bad skin problem around her mouth and between her eyes and nose. It is in the form of knots on her skin. What can be done, without expensive Vet. bills?

A vet bill just to look at a skin thing is not that expensive, not like a big operation or something. Why not ask this question to someone who actually knows? The vet will probably prescribe a topical cream, which will work better than any stupid herbal guessing game. Your dog is a living thing, so scrimp on costs for non-living things but get your dog the care she needs.
PS Your dog's breed name is spelled Shi-Tzu. It is pronounced Sheetsoo, not shit-sue.

Have you tried Cortaid? I have used it for my dog's skin problems and it always works.... costs less than the Vet.

Please, take your puppy to the vet for a correct diagnosis and treatment.
