Contact manufacturers for free samples and coupons for your favorite products. I have received free coupons for tuna fish by way of email. Just go to their web sites and get the email address. Ask for coupons and samples!
Actually you will have more success not asking for the coupons. Just write atta boy letters to companys praising their products. Some companys will say they don't have coupons available if you ask for them but the same companys are usually the ones that will send Free product coupons if you just write and say how much you like their product.
