Ingredients
Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
Filling:
- 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened (8oz.)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup flaked coconut
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips (6oz.)
Directions
Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press onto bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and egg, mixing until well blended. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with combined coconut, nuts and chocolate pieces; press lightly into surface. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool; cut into bars.
