Knitted Bullseye Rug |

Does anyone have directions to make a "Bullseye" knitted rug? It is a round rug that is knitted in a spiral. I have experimented but can't get mine to lay flat. I would appreciate it if anyone could share.

Not sure about the term "bullseye," but I knitted a spiral rug 30+ yrs. ago. I remember it was 3-color, like Indian corn, and that I carried two yarns, knitting over the top with the third, which made it nice and thick. Mine did not lie flat at first, but after it was walked on for a long time it was fine.
