Use Lemon Juice In Glazes

If you make a glaze, try using lemon juice instead of milk in the recipe. It is great on banana bread, pumpkin bread or just about anything you use a glaze on.

One of my very favorites is a lemon glaze on angle food cake. It is absolutely delicious (and this from a chocoholic!).
