Honey (Poodle Mix)

Honey (Poodle Mix)
Honey is almost 2 years old. He is a Poodle and mix of shihtzu or...? I got him free from someone selling pups for $900.00. He was free because he was 8 weeks old and had been abused. He was missing a tooth (had been kicked).
He loves to charm the neighbors. He has one who buys him bananas which he LOVES. He plays endlessly with his squeaky ape whose tongue rolls out. Honey can make the ape squeak by nosing its bottom! He walks like he is in a parade.
He was my mom's dog and she loved him and was really gentle with him so he thinks he is a big baby. He was so pitiful when she died (as I) and cheered up when he met Joann our wonderful neighbor and friend. He learned to love veggies, soft carrots and green beans, with his food. I buy canned carrots with no sugar for his treats and bananas.

He looks like my dog. Buddy is a Malti-poo. He thinks he is a human. He sleeps with us and goes nearly everywhere with us. Buddy loves bananas, carrots and green beans. He also eats crackers (the unsalted ones). Buddy weighs 7 pounds. I will try to post a pic.

What a lovely dog (I adore him being 'shaggy') and what a wonderful story about his life being happy and whole after such a sad beginning! So very sorry for the loss of your mom :-(

What a cutie! He favors my little girl, Penny. She is a cockerpoo, poodle and cocker spaniel but I think she is bigger than yours. She is about 25 lbs.
