Can I send vitamins and body building powders to my husband in Afghanistan?

That shouldn't be a problem. I use to purchase items for my son, from GNC and ship them to him in Iraq all the time. Just make sure the items are in their original container and have not been opened.

Call your local post office or stop by and inquire about sending items to soldiers overseas. They have a list you can go by for future mailing.
