I have a vinyl tarp that covers my truck bed. Someone in a parking garage at work must have thought it a good idea to scrape a line about 3-4 inches. any ideas on ther best way to patch this up or ideas on any companies that are good at repairs?
Try a marine upolstering shop. They repair rips in boat covers and seats. The same material that is in your cover.
