Ingredients:
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- 3 3/4 Tbsp. water
- 6 Tbsp. sugar (rounded)
- 6 beaten egg yolks
- 6 whipped egg whites
- 1 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 loaf angel food cake
Directions:
In double boiler melt chips, sugar, salt, water. Heat to boiling (stir). Add egg yolks. Cook. Cool. Add whites and cream, vanilla. Layer in 9x13 inch pan; cake, then mix, cake, mix.
