Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix one box (standard, not jiffy size) brownie mix with 2 eggs, 1/3 cup water, 1/3 cup oil, 1 tsp. coffee crystals, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1 4 oz. tub of whipped topping.
Using 40 2 inch foils, set on sheet and fill each with 1 tsp. of the mix. Bake 12-15 minutes. Garnish with cinnamon.
