Baby Lock Running Sluggishly

I have a Baby Lock that is sluggish. It barely moves when I try to turn the wheel. How can I fix it?

A Babylock is a serger, Mkymip, and I imagine your serger needs oiling somewhere. Do you still have the original book? It should show you where to oil it.
