This yr's theme is "Moving you to better health" - perhaps you can play off that w/different modes of transportation - bike, skatebd, wheelchair, stretcher, moped, etc, w/the theme spelled out on either side of the float - and have different ages on your vehicles - could even have a new mother/father in jogging pants pushing a stroller - and a senior citizen riding the stationary bike - and all other ages in between.
