I am looking for "Parade of Lights" Christmas Parade ideas for Brownies and Guides. We're trying to come up ideas that use light. Our girls (approx. 50) will be walking, and have blue rain capes if it rains. One leader uses a medical scooter and is dressing up like a tree, with lights. This leader is riding at the front of the group.
