Thermal Paper Receipts and Faxes |

If you need to keep a receipt for warrantees, etc. Check to see if it is printed on thermal paper. If they are, photocopy them (note: some copy/fax machines use thermal paper, too) for your records. Receipts on thermal paper tend to fade over time. I've found ones that I can no longer read.
