We have used flat bread (not pita bread) to make pizzas. Any other vegetarian (no meat, fish, chicken or their by-products) ideas for using flat bread?

Thanks!

Thanks, Marta. I just made some herbed cream cheese and now I know what I'll use it for!

They make nice appetizers. Lay them flat then spread soft cheese or lay out cheese slices, then spread some pesto sauce or mustard and some chopped and/or grated veggies (grilled veggies, olives, artichokes, etc.). Make sure not to overfill them. Roll them up and put them in the fridge for a while and then slice. They look nice arranged on a platter.
