Ingredients
- 1 pint ice cream, vanilla
- 1/2 can (1 cup) cherry pie filling
- 2 cups milk
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- additional ice cream, opt.
Directions
Combine all ingredients except last in blender and blend until mixed or put in bowl and mix well. Serve from pitcher into short glasses. Or serve in tall glasses with a scoop of ice cream, a soda spoon, and a straw. Makes about 1 1/4 quarts.
