My son sells car parts on Craiglist and Gainesville4sale and does ok. Just have to be careful about someone meeting you to pay and pick up parts. You can go to Gainesville4sale web site and find your city to list in. Not sure what states this covers but Craiglist is everywhere. I just sold a wheelchair on Craiglist also.

Ebay, check the item you are selling; find someone on ebay that is selling the exact same thing to get an idea of how to describe it and how much money to charge.
Go to "advanced search" and check off the box that says "completed" listings and see how many and what price the item was sold for (ie, how many of that item were Actually sold). I wouldn't list a car on that, but parts are a big seller.
