Spray the spot with hairspray let set for at least an hour, then work in a clarifying shampoo. Let set for 30 minutes. Wash jeans on a normal laundry cycle in cold water with a good liquid laundry detergent like tide, gain, cheer, purex, or arm and hammer in cold water. Look at jeans after washing if not all out spray with shout advanced let set a few hours repeat washing. Keep doing this until stain is out, but no more than 3 times. Make sure you do not dry the jeans until you get the stain out.

Have you considered dying the jeans brown to match the dye on them in the first place?
