Quick Caramel Apple Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Apple slices (for dipping)

In a small glass mixing bowl or 1 qt. casserole, place cream cheese. Beat until smooth; stir in remaining ingredients. Serve with apple slices. You can put apple slices in 7-Up or lemon juice to prevent darkening.
