This yummy caramel dip is so easy to make and you'd never guess the main ingredient when you tasted it... dates! It tastes just like caramel. Believe me, I've fooled many sugarholics with it! If you'd like a vegan version, just sub soy or nut milk.
Total Time: 5 minutes
Yield: 10 servings
- 10 Medjool dates
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:Put the dates, milk, and vanilla in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. If you'd like it thinner, add more milk. You can use water, too. Enjoy!
