I made also double petal-flowers out of coffee filters.Trace some petals and leaves on the coffee filter ,attach the petals one by one into a bamboo sticks or wire and leaves with a flower tape.Color the petals with your fav color (water color) and green on the leaves.Let them dry and roll the petals outward with the use of pencil or stick and the result are beautifull paper roses.

A cute "twist" on this flower craft is to omit the cardboard ring & cotton ball in the center. Put the child's photo, cut into a circle, in the center of that pretty flower for a great Mother's Day, or any day, gift. Put magnetic strips on the back to hang it on the refrigerator. A real cute keepsake that the child will be proud of!
