It is probably the easiest to just buy pre-made Baby Bingo cards online. There are tons of sites that sell these prefabricated games and many sites, such as babhyshowergamesatoz.com allow you to buy different variations of this.
However if you are feeling ambitious you can make your own cards. Instead of the word B-I-N-G-0 use the mother's name or another significant word that is five letters long. You can then need to fill in the blank spaces on these cards with words or baby names, all the time keeping a list of the items you are listing for the Bingo caller.
