Drain juice from canned pears and add enough water to make 2 cups liquid. Heat liquid and dissolve gelatin in it. Stir in cream cheese. Mash pears and add to liquid; add lemon juice. Cool mixture until syrupy. Then fold in whipped topping. Blend well in blender. Pour into large ring mold or square pan and refrigerate until set.
