This is fun to make. Good for company.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups crumbled Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 lb. ground fresh pork
- 1 1/2 lb. ground fresh ham
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Topping:
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
Directions:
Soak stuffing in milk for 5 minutes; add meats, onion and salt. Mix well and pack lightly in a 7x11 inch baking dish. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees F. Spoon off drippings.
For Topping: Mix together and spread over baked meat. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven, cover with foil and a towel; let sit 5 minutes. Cut in squares. Makes 9 servings.
