Fudgemallow Raisin Candy

Ingredients

  • 1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 3 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Directions

Microwave chocolate and peanut butter in 2 quart bowl on medium 2-3 minutes or until melted, stirring after each minute. Fold in marshmallows and raisins. Pour into foil-lined 8 inch square pan; chill until firm. Cut into squares. Approximately 2 dozen pieces of candy.

Conventional Method

Melt chocolate chips with peanut butter in saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Continue as directed.
