Weight Watchers Raspberry Salad

Does anybody have the recipe for a Weight Watchers salad, using raspberries, cool whip, yogurt and instant white chocolate pudding mix? I know the ingredients, I just can't remember the amount of each one.

Not exact but perhaps you could tweak one of these. The first two sound closest except they use vanilla instead of the white choc pudding.
