Moisturizing Exfoliating Mask

Winter is around the corner, now your skin will start getting drier and rougher. You have to take proper care of your skin to prevent it from losing its moisture, Specially people with dry skin, be extra cautious. Try this moisturizing and exfoliating mask for softer and smoother skin.

Ingredients:

  • 6 Almonds. (Soaked Overnight and ground to form a thick paste)
  • Two teaspoons of Oatmeal.
  • Four tablespoons of Milk Cream.
  • Some mashed Avocado (Use Banana if Avocado is not available).

Steps:

Mix all the Ingredients properly. Apply on face and leave it for 20 minutes. Dampen cotton wool with cold milk and wipe it off. Rinse your face with cold water.

That is a very nice recipe! I will definately try it. For natural exfoliating products papya pulp is also great! AAnd as for winter and colds and its effects on the skin it is high time to review and probably change skin care routine and products. Like exclude alcohol containing tonics, use a thicker moisturizer. More very useful advice for skin care in winter here http://www.health-beauty-salon.info/winterskincare.htm

After spending many dollars on expensive facial scrubs that, in fact, did work, I found that the absolute best was a lather of dove facial bar with a good sprinkle of baking soda. Avoid the eyes and wash face as usual. It will be as soft and smooth as any salon treatment!
