Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Beat all ingredients in medium bowl with electric mixer on low speed 1 minute, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on medium speed about 2 minutes or until creamy. Spread in ungreased 13x9x2 inch rectangular pan. Bake 12-15 minutes or until edges are brown.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Fold in whipped topping, thawed strawberries and marshmallows. Spread over crust.
Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours until set. BUT NO longer then 48 hours. Garnish with fresh strawberries. Keep in refrigerator. Enjoy!
