This is an easy dish to make after work while you're catching up on chores. I put my chicken in a zip lock bag with buttermilk and soak overnight.
- 1 chicken (cut up)
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 4 oz. mushrooms (canned or fresh)
- 3 carrots sliced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.75 oz)
- salt and pepper to taste
Place chicken in skillet, baking pan or microwave safe pan. Spread sliced raw carrots and mushrooms on top. Mix soup (do not add water) add wine and pour over chicken; add seasonings. Bake at 325 degrees F for 25 minutes or until done.
