THE FLUFF WEBSITE SAYS: A cup of Fluff weighs slightly more than 3 oz. A 7 1/2 oz. jar contains about 2 1/2 cups, and a 16 oz. container has about 5 cups.

Marshmallow creme is not going to weigh the same as water because it is much lighter duh:) so a 7 oz. jar = 2 1/8 cups

In response to your question, 7 ounces equals ONE CUP -MINUS- One Tablespoon

7 ounces must be the weight because there has to be way more than a cup in those jars. Haven't tried it though! I'll be watching for the solution.

On logic, 7 ozs. is 1 ounce less than a cup. But if you've ever looked at a jar of marshmallow creme, it's bigger than a cup. Check the nutrition panel for how many ounces, servings, etc. Or just measure it out yourself, just to prove us wrong. I didn't look here to post, I wanted to see what everyone else said.

there are 8 oz in a cup... so 7 oz is just a oz less than a cup
