7 Layer Cookies
Ingredients
6 Tbsp. butter
1 cup (crushed) graham cracker crumbs
1 (6 oz) semi sweet chocolate chips
1 (6 oz) butterscotch chips
1 cup coconut
1 can sweeten condensed milk
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Melt butter in 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of melted butter. Layer chocolate chips, then butterscotch chips, coconut and nuts. Pour condensed milk on top. Then sprinkle chopped nuts on top and bake 20 minutes. Let cool. Cut into squares.

These are a big hit in my house. They are also a great way to use up leftover candy bars from halloween and easter. I chop them up in place of the chips.
