Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well. Fill mold of coffee can 2/3 full. Place mold on trivet in large kettle. Add enough boiling water to come halfway up side of mold. Cover mold and kettle tightly. Steam for 3 hours, adding additional water if necessary. Remove bread from mold. Cool on wire rack. Wrap and store overnight.
