How can I preserve fresh banana leaves, after smoking them. I live in the Caribbean and would like to package some for future use.

They are available frozen in the grocery stores here in TX, but not smoked.

Hi, I live in the United States and the way I buy them here is frozen. You can wrap them or put them in plastic bags and in the freezer will go.
