Can anyone tell me what is the cheapest way to send a bicycle from B.C. to Ontario. Our daughter has been living temporarily in Vancouver and now wants to move back home to Ontario. She has purchased a bike and wants to ship it home; funds are limted. My question is... 'What is the least expensive way to do this...train, plane or a courier such as Purolator?' Any advice would be welcome. Thanks in advance

I'm not sure about these days, but 12 years ago I shipped a large dog crate by Grehound Bus for $1.50, from Seattle to South Texas...

I believe Puralator would be best. They can tell you if they carry bike boxes or where to get one. It will have to be broken down to ship.
