I recently went to a concert and my favorite band member signed my jeans. He used a permanent marker on blue jeans and i would like to know if anyone knows how to stop it fading while washing.

I'd try using scotchguard using a light spray about 8-10 inches away from jeans as you are spraying it.

Try washing your jeans inside out and only when necessary aka when dirty or after 2-3 wearings! Good luck and Congrats on the autograph!
