Bisquick is a combination of flour, leavening (baking powder, baking soda & salt), and fat. Besides biscuits, it make great pancakes and waffles. There are usually several recipes printed on the box. Do an internet search for "Bisquick recipes" and you'll find even more ways to use it.

Bisquick is a mix for baking power biscuits. The box contains the recipe. Measure out the amount of the dry mix for the number of biscuits you want, cut in shortening, add liquid. At this point you can either make drop biscuits or roll the dough and make cut biscuits. They are easy to make, give a good product, and taste good and keep for a day or two, if they last that long.
