12 oz. cherry pie filling (or any other filling or glaze)
Directions
Line muffin tins with 24 cupcake papers and place one vanilla wafer at the bottom of each. Blend cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs and mix. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour onto vanilla wafer cups (2/3 full is fine). Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F or until set. Cool, then top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate.
