What foods are good for the skin?

Long chain omega 3s & 6s found in salmon help with moisturization. Antioxidants in blueberries, pomegranates (brightly-colored fruits) and Lycopene in cooked tomato help protect against free radicals. Carotenoids found in oranges, carrots, mangos, kale help skin retain a golden glow.
Hope this helps!
Water! Good old H2o is really the most important "skin" food. Fresh fruits and veggies are likely next in the line.
Thanks for that you all helped me a lot.
Vitamin e works real well. Also helps wrinkles. Good luck. Jenny
I have a rash that appears more in the winter. The only thing I do differently in the summer is drink more water. I have begun drinking lots of water (it's winter here now) and my skin is improving. The last I read is drink half any many ounces of water as pounds you weigh.
