Monte Carlo Themed Homecoming Ideas
Our school is having a "Monte Carlo" themed homecoming. We are having trouble coming up with decorations considering we are not allowed to use anything that would promote gambling in any way. So, any ideas?

Look up Monte Carlo Tourism on Bing.
You will maybe find a different inspiration for your party, because it is also a very nice beach-mediterrainian place.
